Retired geophysicist in the oil & gas industry. Lived in Houston, Jackson (MS), and Lafayette (LA) before retiring to Beaufort (SC) 7 years ago. Married to Marcia for 44 years. We have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren. I enjoy golf, sailing, restoring English sports cars, travel and the beach. I volunteer at Water Mission in N. Charleston assembling solar-powered water systems for developing countries and disaster relief. I also participate in "turtle patrol", protecting loggerhead turtle nests.
